The Public Private Partnership (PPP) program is one of the GCEA’s top initiatives and priorities created to foster partnerships in the community to beautify and maintain The Marianas’ tourism sites and village facilities.
Civic, cultural, and educational organizations, government leaders, agencies, private businesses, and other members of the community have come together to transform key facilities across Saipan, Tinian, Rota which includes:

· Community Facilities such as Youth Centers, Pavilions, Social Hall
· Sports Facilities such as Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Skate Park
· Landscaping and Signages
· Public Murals/Artwork
· Medians, Sidewalks, Curbs, Public Parking Lots
