The Governor’s Council of Economic Advisers welcomes Sam and Lilian Camacho of LJ’s Lawn Care, LLC as its newest partner in the Public Private Partnership Program. They were among the groups recognized at the PPP Anniversary celebration last Saturday, right after they cleaned, water blasted, and prepared the Garapan sidewalk curbs for painting. They initially committed to restore and maintain the curbs from the Marianas Health Clinic to the JP Center Building, and this week, they will expand their work north towards the Garapan Basketball Court. This area, which fronts the entire Garapan Fishing Base, key businesses, and community facilities in central Garapan, will now receive regular maintenance thanks to our PPP partner.
