About this project:
Office of Precinct 5 Representatives Richard Tudela Lizama, Leila Haveia Fleming Clark Staffler, and their volunteers adopted three basketball courts in Kagman. They transformed the courts by: 1) cleaning the areas in and around the courts, 2) painting the courts, 3) water blasting, and 4) replacing equipment and items that needed repair.
All PPP projects are made possible by the support of the Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan’s public benefit fund with the Dept. of Public Lands.
